How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept payments through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment gateway. You can pay using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What Happens to My Free Features When I Don't Subscribe to a Paid Plan?

we understand that not everyone may opt for a paid subscription right away. We're committed to providing value to all users, whether they choose to subscribe to a paid plan or not. Here's what happens to your free features when you decide not to subscribe to a paid plan:

1. Continued Access to your Free account: Even if you decide not to subscribe to a paid plan, you'll still have access to the free features that make Dazle a valuable tool for your Real Estate Business. These features are designed to empower you and your Personal Website will remain accessible to all your clients too.

2. Limited Access to Premium Features: While our paid plans unlock a range of premium features and tools, you may encounter certain limitations for advanced functionalities if you remain on the free plan. For example, in your Free plan - you can only upload up to 12 listings and if you currently have more than 12 listings by the time we implement the changes on your accounts, you might need to remove some of your listings until you reach less than 12 listings in order for you to upload a new listing on your account.

However, you'll still be able to utilize the core features like that of the Analytics and Personal website.

3. Access to Community and Resources: By remaining on the free plan, you'll continue to be part of the vibrant Dazle community. You can engage with fellow users, share your listings, and access helpful resources such as tutorials, webinars and tips to enhance your skills.

4. Opportunity to Upgrade: Although you may not subscribe to a paid plan immediately, you always have the option to upgrade in the future. As you explore the platform and experience the benefits of Dazle, you may find that upgrading to a paid plan unlocks additional features and functionalities that align with your goals.

5. No Pressure to Commit: We believe in providing users with the flexibility to choose the subscription plan that best suits their needs and preferences. There's no pressure to commit to a paid plan if you're not ready. You can continue to enjoy Dazle's free features for as long as you like, without any obligation to upgrade.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan at any time?

Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Simply visit your account settings on Dazle, click on the Plans menu to make the desired changes.

Is there a trial period for Dazle subscriptions?

Your Free account offers a trial period for new users like you to explore the platform and its features. During this trial period, you'll have access to a limited set of features. After which if you consumed or used up some of your limited access, you'll need to subscribe to continue accessing the full range of features.

Is my payment information secure when using Stripe on Dazle?

Absolutely. Dazle takes security seriously and leverages Stripe's robust encryption and security protocols to ensure that your payment information is protected at all times.

What happens if my payment fails?

In the event of a payment failure, Dazle will attempt to process the payment again.

If the issue persists, your subscription will remain on Free account until the payment is successfully processed.

And if you are subscribed to the PRO account we will not delete your account, your subscription will just be automatically be downgraded to the Free account.

What will happen to my listing if I don't upgrade to PRO

In your Free plan - you can only upload up to 12 listings and if you currently have more than 12 listings by the time we implement the changes on your accounts, you might need to remove some of your listings until you reach less than 12 listings for you to upload a new listing on your account.

For example, if you currently have 40 listings in your account. Then you will need to remove 27 Listings for you to upload a new listing.
